About Us
Serving Fortress Way and Fortress Court and adjacent communities in Pioneer, CA
On June 1, 2022, several residents from Fortress Way and Fortress Court got together with the shared goal of fire-hardening our neighborhood and applying for Firewise Certification. We are excited to be proactive as residents and landowners, and collaborate for the good of our entire neighborhood. This Association is open to any residents of Fortress Way, Fortress Court, and some surrounding neighborhoods. We hope to eventually expand the association to more surrounding neighborhoods.

We filed our preliminary Firewise application on June 8, 2022. On September 30, 2022 we received our Certificate of Recognition for our Firewise community. There are currently 83 Parcels in the Fortress Firewise Community. You can view or download the map on the Our Community page.
